We get it. Trying to “do” SDoH work in Healthcare is really hard. There isn't one leader in Healthcare who doesn't already know that 80% of health happens outside the doctor’s office.
Meaningful SDoH strategies can’t stop at meeting social needs. That is super important, but it’s not the end of the story. If we want to understand a patient better, we need to understand the spaces and places in their lives. We need SDoH data that goes beyond the census tract and into the geographies that matter: our political districts, our school districts, and our neighborhoods.
The mySidewalk data library is ready for action. We’ve designed our flagship product WhereHouse to be easily deployed into your patient risk models and market analyses. But the same data is also ready for the non-data-scientist to use for storytelling. We take pride in democratizing access to place-based measures of vitality.
Search 40+ trusted data sources at once.

Tell your story with Press™. All over your community, there are organizations that are craving valuable data to leverage for advocacy. These are the frontline organizations that can create lasting change, and you can help support their work by equipping them with accessible, engaging data stories. We designed Press™ to amplify data sharing from health advocates to their constituents. Healthcare’s greatest community investment could be breaking down barriers to knowledge sharing in order to accelerate equitable policy advocacy.
